  Very unprofessional, they give out personal information to anyone who will ask when they are not supposed to. If you go up there with a problem or complaint they blow you off and don't even try. They are extremely lazy people. I've paid off alot of different items from this place and am still paying on a few others , I don't know what happened to the original crew and manager they had before the employees that are there now but it has made a serious downfall in customer satisfaction. For example, I turned in a lap top that was supposed to be fixed, instead of calling me and letting me know that they could not fix it they just start charging me for the loaner computer that they let me borrow which by the way is a serious downgrade from what I initially had. This is ridiculous and my family and I will not be getting anything else from this store once my current products are paid off. The manager doesn't even care and sits in his office like it's not his problem especially when the employee will bring it to his attention. I'll be calling the district manager and see if he will care about my customer satisfaction as little as the store manager , if so I'll just continue to climb the ladder until I finally find a person that cares about the business I bring.
