  BEWARE! Our family did both residential and commercial business with Teal Tile for years, but since their Dad passed away, the business has completely fallen apart. The last job they did for us was tile in two bathrooms and 8 rooms of carpet. It took them about 6 months to complete the job and they laid the wrong carpet, claiming it was the closest to what we chose that they had in stock, so they simply substituted it for the carpet we selected. The bathrooms are an absolute disaster, with the tile work in one bathroom so badly done that we cannot use it without getting furious all over again. This $11,000+ project took months and months to complete and the work was an absolute disaster overall. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME COSTLY MISTAKE THAT WE MADE - GO ELSEWHERE!
